• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information

• Using another person's identity or payment method

Jililive11 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
• If false information is provided during the verification process
• Prolonged inactivity (12 months)
• Upon submitting a Self-exclusion request
• For legal or regulatory reasons

You may also request account closure at any time through our customer service. Any remaining valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
